I have a love for owls, especially their eyes.  They are beautiful, mysterious creatures and when I saw this photo, the eye called to me.  This piece took over 1 1/2 years to complete.  It has over 1000 pieces of fabric, as well as felting, paints, mixed media, and silk thread.  Appraised at $8,750
